Step 1: Visit the website alivfibr.com and click on the “Get Connected” banner, or scroll to the bottom and click “Get Connected” there. This will take you to the ALIVFibr online Registration.
Step 2: Complete the form with your personal information and address.
Step 3: Next, we will need your location to determine if your area is ALIVFibr ready. Scroll down to the geolocation section. The website should automatically detect your location. If it doesn’t, you can manually move the marker over your home.
Make sure you allow location services on your internet browser.
Step 4: Once the marker is positioned correctly, hit the “Confirm My Location” button to submit your form.
Step 5: After submission, you will receive an email advising whether you are in a fibre-ready neighborhood with your next steps. If you are not in a fibre-ready area, we will reach out to you once your area becomes available.
