What are the new ALIV Fibr TV Packages?

ALIV Fibr is introducing new entry-level/basic TV packages to replace the single Prime TV package in the ALIV Fibr TV catalog. It consists of three distinct basic package options, each featuring a unique mix of genre-specific channels such as sports, news, entertainment, and lifestyle content. This approach provides a more personalized and tailored TV experience. All three new ALIV Fibr TV plans options are priced equally at $38, offering customers more choice without added cost effective September 2025.

Why are these changes being made?

We’re introducing these new packages to offer more tailored viewing options based on customer preferences. With these packages, you can select the content you value most, ensuring a more personalized and enjoyable TV experience.

Are these packages available for REV customers?

No. At this time, the new ALIV Fibr TV packages are only available for new or existing ALIV Fibr TV customers.

What are the three new package options?

The three packages are “Pulse”, “Core” and “Edge” and all packages are equally priced at $38.
Pulse: General Entertainment and News with a Religious Focus
Core: Family-Friendly Entertainment with Kids, News & Educational Variety
Edge: Youth-Oriented & Music-Focused with Urban Entertainment
Each package offers a distinct mix of channels designed to cater to specific interests. You can choose the package that best suits your viewing preferences, such as sports-focused, entertainment-centric, or news and lifestyle content.

Where can I view the channel lineup for each package?

The channel lineup for each package is available on our website: ALIVFibr. This will help you compare options and select the package that best meets your needs.

Are these packages optimized for streaming?

Yes, ALIV Fibr TV packages are fully optimized for modern streaming needs. They provide full IPTV services, mobile device access, and seamless integration with streaming apps through a single sign-on using your ALIV Fibr TV account, making it easy to enjoy your favorite content across multiple platforms.

I don’t see my TV plan. Where can I see my TV plan details?

Please note that we have revamped our TV plans from our legacy plans for an improved and
tailored customer experience. However, please see our legacy TV plans here.

I currently subscribe to the ALIVFibr PrimeTV or ALIVFibr PRO TV package. How will this affect my subscription?

If you are currently subscribed to ALIV Fibr PrimeTV or ALIV Fibr PRO TV, you are not required to switch to the new ALIV Fibr TV plans at this time. However, if you’re interested in exploring the new plans, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance with making the switch.

I currently subscribe to the REVTV Prime/ REVTV PRO package. How will this affect my subscription?

At this time, REVTV customers are not eligible to subscribe to the new ALIV Fibr TV plans. To become eligible, REVTV customers must first migrate to the ALIV Fibr platform.

Who can sign up for the new ALIV Fibr TV plans?

These packages are primarily available to new customers signing up for/migrating over to ALIVFibr TV services however existing customers are welcome to opt in the new ALIV Fibr TV plans if they choose.

What if I am an existing ALIV Fibr customer and I want one of the new New ALIV Fibr TV plans?

Existing ALIV Fibr customers are welcome to opt in to the new ALIV Fibr TV packages if they choose. However, please note that once you switch to the new ALIV Fibr TV plans, you will not be able to revert to the legacy TV packages (e.g., PrimeTV or PROTV). This change is permanent, so we recommend reviewing the new package options carefully before making the switch.

How does the pricing of the new packages compare to the Prime package?

Each of the new ALIV Fibr TV plans is priced at $38, offering competitive pricing for the tailored channel lineups to suit different preferences.

Can I add additional channels to my chosen package?

Yes, you can customize your package by adding premium a-la-carte channels or TV tiers. The
available TV tiers include:
• Entertainment+ – Movies & entertainment content
• Essence+ – Lifestyle content
• SportsZone – Sports content
• Family+ – Family-oriented content
Each tier is priced at $12. Customers can choose any two tiers for $18.
Subscribers to the new ALIV Fibr TV plans will also continue to have access to the existing a-la- carte channel options, HBO packages, SportsX, and seasonal sports plans, where applicable.
Please note: Bundling discounts do not apply to a-la-carte channels, HBO packages, SportsX, or
seasonal sports plans.

Are the add-on tiers restricted by package?

No, you are free to choose any of the 4 available tier add-ons regardless of which package you choose.

Are there additional fees for switching between the new packages?

No, there are no fees for switching between the new ALIV Fibr TV plans. However, switching may result in a change to your billing, with updates typically taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle

How do I choose the best package for my needs?
